Position Overview
Codal is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to lead our HR function and serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team. This role will oversee all aspects of people operations across our global workforce, including recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The Head of HR will play a critical role in scaling our team worldwide, shaping the company culture, and ensuring Codal remains an exceptional place to work.
What you’ll be doing
Strategic Leadership

Partner with the executive team to develop and execute HR strategies that align with Codal’s business goals across multiple geographies.

Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives globally.

Collaborate with leadership and the department head to oversee company goals.

Drive strategic planning and execution of company-wide engagement surveys, including summarizing findings, providing actionable guidance to leadership, and tracking progress over time.
Talent Acquisition & Development

Oversee full-cycle recruitment strategies across the US, UK, and India, including sourcing, screening, and cross-departmental interviews, and use of external recruitment firms.

Lead recurring initiatives covering onboarding, career development, first-time manager training, leadership training, and performance management—tailored for a global workforce.
Culture & Employee Engagement

Foster an inclusive, innovative, and high-performance culture across international offices.

Ability to work with ELT to understand and shift behavior and processes that are counter to company culture.
Performance Management

Guide managers in coaching, conflict resolution, and career pathing, using internal and external training.

Ensure active involvement during performance issues, including guiding managers on transparent feedback, facilitating conversations between parties, and driving issues to resolution.
Compensation & Benefits

Evaluate and optimize compensation, benefits, and reward programs to remain competitive in multiple markets.

Oversee all benefit management and vendor relationships.
HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee company policies, compliance, and reporting across global offices, ensuring alignment with state, federal, and international regulations.

Manage all HR/TA systems (BambooHR, Lattice, Greenhouse).
What you’ll need to be successful (Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred, SHRM-SCP, GPHR).

12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within a global technology or professional services environment.

Proven experience partnering with and supporting HR counterparts in overseas offices.

Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and familiarity with international HR practices.

Demonstrated success building scalable HR processes in a growing, multinational organization.

Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally on occasion to support global offices.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Experience with Greenhouse, Lattice, and Bamboo is preferred.

Compensation:
- $150,000.00- $185,000.00, the rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
