You’ll begin by handling follow-ups, preparing client materials, and supporting pitches, while learning our sales processes and tools. Over five years, this role is designed to scale into managing UK sales segments, owning quota, and contributing directly to sales strategy and market growth.

Responsibilities (Year 1–2: Foundations)

  • Support sales activities in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Handle administrative tasks across email and CRM, ensuring smooth team operations.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on smaller client opportunities and renewals.
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting in Google Sheets and Salesforce dashboards.

Responsibilities (Year 3–5: Growth & Strategy)

  • Take ownership of small-to-mid-sized deals, managing client communications and delivery.
  • Prepare and coordinate large deal opportunities alongside leadership.
  • Contribute to UK growth strategy, including segment ownership and pipeline development.
  • Begin developing sales strategy insights, supporting leadership with analysis and recommendations.
  • Potentially grow into a role managing sales segments or leading parts of sales operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence with Salesforce (or willingness to learn quickly), Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with ambition to grow into sales strategy.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders.

A Day in the Life: In Your First Year:

  • Start the day by checking Salesforce and your inbox to ensure all client follow-ups are on track.
  • Update a pipeline report in Google Sheets, highlighting opportunities that need attention.
  • Join a sync with the Sales to align on priorities.
  • Spend part of your day drafting a client brief or adapting a pitch deck using our templates.
  • Support the team by cleaning up Salesforce data and making sure everything is logged accurately.
  • Jump on an internal call to prep for a large client meeting, helping to pull together slides and notes.
