Job Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO)
Who you’ll be working with
We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms. You’ll be working directly with all members of the product delivery team.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with product strategists, SMEs, and client stakeholders to translate business roadmaps into clear product roadmaps, quarterly plans, and tactical backlogs.
- Own end-to-end backlog management, including scoping, refinement, prioritization, and readiness, ensuring stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.
- Drive prioritization decision-making by balancing client value, technical complexity, risk, and available Managed Services capacity.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and QA to ensure features, enhancements, and fixes are built, tested, and released as intended.
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Hold engineering and QA team members accountable to Codal's core delivery practices, including quality standards, story readiness, and delivery commitments.
- Actively participate in client collaboration and scoping discussions, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and appropriately sized for Managed Services delivery.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues early, driving resolution and escalating when needed to protect timelines and quality.
- Support CMS, eCommerce, and custom-built digital platforms through ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and defect resolution.
- Contribute to account growth and expansion opportunities by partnering with the Managed Services Principal to help scope, package, and pitch incremental work.
