About Claude Corps

Claude Corps is a fellowship that places early-career talent in nonprofits, government agencies, and public-interest organizations to build AI solutions those organizations can continue using after the fellowship ends. It is a partnership between Anthropic, CodePath, and Social Finance. Fellows are full-time employees for a one-year term.

Each cohort is larger than the last, and every candidate deserves a process that feels organized, responsive, and human. That’s where you come in.

About the Role

You’ll run the operational side of Claude Corps recruiting, from interview scheduling and candidate communication to reporting and offers. You’ll own the recruiting data in Greenhouse, keep leadership informed with reliable reporting, and make sure candidates always know what happens next.

You’ll work closely with recruiting leadership, interviewers, and the program team, and you’ll use AI and automation to cut repetitive work so the team can spend its time on candidates.

What You’ll Do

Own the recruiting data

  • Keep Greenhouse accurate and up to date, including candidate stages, tags, owners, and next steps
  • Build weekly reporting that gives leadership a clear read on pipeline health, interviewer participation, and hiring speed
  • Proactively identify data inconsistencies, trends, and bottlenecks
  • Use AI and automation to streamline reporting, reminders, and routine communications, and validate every output

Own the systems

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Greenhouse, integrations, scheduling tools, sourcing technology, and troubleshooting or escalating issues as needed
  • Maintain clear, current process documentation and lead smaller operational improvement projects

Run the calendar

  • Schedule screens and final rounds. Handle reschedules and no-shows, as needed.
  • Track interviewer participation and outstanding scorecards, and flag delays early

Create a positive candidate experience

  • Manage the recruiting inbox within established response times, ensuring candidate questions and requests receive appropriate follow-up
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for candidates, providing clear, timely, and professional communication throughout the recruiting process
  • Partner with recruiting leadership and the program team to route eligibility and selection questions to the appropriate owners, tracking outstanding items through resolution

Offers and next steps

  • Prepare and send approved offers through Greenhouse, with accurate details and clear deadlines
  • Track offer responses, open decisions, and deferrals, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Partner with the onboarding team on complete candidate records and timely handoffs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program operations, or another fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and maintaining accurate, reliable data
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills, including building trackers, identifying trends, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Experience using AI or automation tools to improve processes and reduce manual work
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex scheduling, shared inboxes, and competing priorities
  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills and a commitment to a positive candidate experience
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and comfort learning new tools

Key Success Metrics

  • Data Accuracy: Greenhouse records are current and reliable, and weekly reports provide leadership with clear, actionable information
  • Scheduling Efficiency: Interviews are coordinated on time, scheduling challenges are addressed proactively, and potential delays are communicated early
  • Candidate Experience: Candidates receive timely, thoughtful communication and have a clear understanding of their next steps throughout the process
  • Operational Improvement: Repetitive tasks and process bottlenecks are reduced through thoughtful use of AI, automation, and continuous improvement

Compensation

CodePath has standardized salaries based on the position’s level, no matter where you live. For this role, we’re hiring for a Sr level position at an annual salary of $65,000 to $85,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
