About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will own the technical health and architectural evolution of mission-critical web applications. You will act as the primary anchor for robust .NET backends and dynamic React frontends, bridging the gap between high-performance server-side logic and modern user interfaces. This role requires an autonomous mindset to navigate diverse codebases, provide clarity through documentation, and drive technical excellence across the delivery lifecycle. Your success is measured by system reliability, the proactive management of technical debt, and your ability to mentor and elevate the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Fullstack Execution: Lead the development of robust architectures using .NET (Core/5+) and React, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• API & Backend Orchestration: Design and evolve seamless RESTful integrations to automate and streamline enterprise workflows.
• Frontend Excellence: Build fluid, responsive, and accessible user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.
• Database Mastery: Manage SQL Server environments, focusing on schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Team Influence: Elevate team output through deep code reviews, technical mentorship of mid-level and junior engineers, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5+, and React.js.
• Modern Web: Strong experience with TypeScript, Web API, and modern frontend state management.
• Data: Strong experience in SQL Server management, complex stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Cloud & DevOps: Deep understanding of CI/CD, Git, and cloud-native environments (Azure preferred).
• Communication: Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) for collaboration with US-based clients.
• Environment: Mandatory experience in nearshore/offshore client-facing startup cultures.
