About the Role

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at CodeRoad, you will serve as a primary architect for our Item Chain Management platform, with a heavy emphasis on high-concurrency backend systems. You will work on problems of diverse scope where data analysis requires deep evaluation of identifiable factors, operating with high autonomy to transform complex business needs into resilient technical reality.

This role is critical to the evolution of our global identity lifecycle platform. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and generating the infrastructure that allows Big Data to be accessed and analyzed at scale. By reformulating existing frameworks and mentoring the team on JVM optimization, you will ensure our services remain at the forefront of the retail and industrial enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced programming solutions using Java 17+ and Spring Boot, ensuring systems are optimized for high scalability.

  • Build and conceptualize cloud-native infrastructure that enables seamless Big Data processing via streams and batches.

  • Optimize existing frameworks and microservices architectures to improve performance, reliability, and JVM efficiency.

  • Lead the evolution of company-level best practices, standards, and policies as they relate to modern software development.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to balance business requirements with technical constraints, designing solutions that address both project and company-wide goals.

  • Own the full-stack lifecycle, from crafting responsive ReactJS frontends to managing DevOps infrastructure via Terraform and Kubernetes.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Java Backend development (Java 17+, SE, and EE).

  • Advanced proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Reactive Programming.

  • Solid experience with ReactJS for building modern, candidate-centric user interfaces.

  • Deep understanding of Software Architectures (Microservices, N-Tier) and Highly Scalable Applications.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS ecosystem (S3, Kinesis, RDS, Lambdas).

  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Oracle, and NoSQL databases, including complex JPA and SQL optimization.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Kubernetes, Terragrunt, and Terraform.

  • Ownership mindset: Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and lead technical depth across the business.

  • Advanced English: Ability to read, write, and engage in fluid technical conversations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Event-Driven Orchestration and real-time data streaming.

  • Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or innovative data science integration.

  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) within a high-growth SaaS environment.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain or Item-Level Tracking industry standards.
