The Mission
As a Senior Account Executive at CodeRoad, you will help enterprise engineering organizations adopt AI-enabled solutions that improve software delivery, engineering velocity, and operational efficiency. This is a consultative, full-cycle sales role focused on building relationships with CTOs, VP of Engineering, and technical leadership teams.
Role Overview
CodeRoad is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive net-new enterprise business. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical discovery through negotiation and close, while positioning CodeRoad as a long-term strategic partner.
Core Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Build and manage an enterprise pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic account development.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage technical champions and executive buyers across Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure organizations.
- Technical Discovery: Understand customer engineering workflows, operational challenges, AI adoption goals, and business priorities.
- Complex Enterprise Sales: Manage long sales cycles, procurement, security reviews, negotiations, and deal execution for enterprise accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Solutions Architecture, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ Years of Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: Proven success in a full-cycle enterprise closing role focused on net-new business.
- Technical Fluency: Comfortable discussing software development workflows, cloud infrastructure, engineering operations, and AI solutions with technical stakeholders.
- Enterprise Sales Methodology: Experience with MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, Command of the Message, or similar methodologies preferred.
- Executive Presence: Ability to build trust with CTOs, VP Engineering, and senior technical leadership.

The salary range for this role is $150,000–$225,000, including OTE.
