Reporting to the Head of Facilities & Quality Assurance, you will ensure high client satisfaction, develop the mind-set of one “Support team”, introduce “Continuous Improvement” (detect inefficiencies and improve) and align globally where applicable, maintain excellent service levels through active engagement and coordination on projects with peers in the Netherlands and other countries.
Also, you will be a role-model for embracing and implementing change and digitization, working cross-functionally to uncover pain points to initiate a problem-solving process.


Specifically, you will:
• Act as business partner towards our internal clients to identify purchase needs
• Advice our internal clients on existing procedures, policies and processes related to Procurement
• Create and prepare purchase specifications, RFI, RFP
• Able to perform market research and sourcing and , if necessary, work with external partners to achieve optimized results
• Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality. Liaise with external partners if required.
• Cooperate with the Legal department on contracting of suppliers. Perform credit checks, process MSA, SOW, DPA
• Set up PO process in cooperation with suppliers (e-ordering)
• Monitor “procure to pay” processes and liaise with Accounts Payable department to ensure proper administration and supplier onboarding
• Review existing contracts and service delivery. Set up QBR in alignment with internal clients to monitor the supplier’s quality
• Manage and update the Contract Management System
• Manage a spend of 52 mln for Amsterdam and Zug for COFRA Holding and it’s subsidiaries
• Manage several purchasing categories such as Facilities, Real Estate, IT, Consultancy, Travel
• Manage the external Agency who assist in negotiating if required
• Manage the  targeted financial savings goals setting
• Manage the Procurement Policy
• Manage and nurture relationships with vendors
• Manage Risk & Compliance in the Procurement Process


What you will need
• Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of spend categories
• Business acumen and seasoned buying skills
• Proven negotiations skills and influencing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills capable of building strong professional networks, as well with external market as internal teams
• Highly service-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, who supports demanding clients in a professional manner
• Team-player able to co-create and redesign the future office in order to accommodate the new way of working and the different needs of teams / entities
• Client-centricity aspiring to become a first-class services provider and willing to go “the extra-mile”
• Resilience, being able to work under high stress-situations and perform under pressure, with tight deadlines
• Open-minded, flexible, pro-active, independent, being able to multi-task
• Trustworthy, discreet, respectful with cultural awareness, etiquette and diplomacy as shown by experience handling discrete matters and figures
• Excellent MS Office (O365) user
• Fluent in English and Dutch (Written and spoken) with excellent negotiation and communication skills in both languages (German highly preferred, any other languages are an asset)
