Content Strategist 

We're seeking an innovative Content Strategist who will revolutionize how we tell Coinme's story by leveraging AI and generative technologies to scale our content creation while demystifying crypto for mainstream audiences. You'll architect content strategies that bridge the gap between complex blockchain technology and everyday financial empowerment, using cutting-edge AI tools to produce compelling narratives across all channels. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of fintech innovation, creative storytelling, and AI-powered content production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-powered content strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to scale production of blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and educational crypto content while maintaining authentic brand voice
  • Create visual assets at scale: Design marketing collateral using generative AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) including infographics, social graphics, and video content that simplifies complex DeFi concepts for mainstream audiences
  • Optimize multi-channel distribution: Implement data-driven content distribution across website, blog, social media, and email channels, using AI-powered insights to maximize engagement and conversion
  • Build content operations framework: Establish AI-assisted workflows, prompt libraries, and SOPs that enable efficient content creation while ensuring compliance with financial services regulations and brand guidelines
  • Measure and iterate: Monitor content performance metrics, conduct A/B testing on AI-generated variations, and translate analytics into actionable strategies that drive customer acquisition and education
  • Champion innovation: Evaluate emerging AI tools, train team members on best practices, and continuously optimize our content technology stack to maintain competitive advantage
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to create content that accurately represents our crypto products while meeting regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or content marketing with demonstrated success improving engagement and conversion metrics
  • Proven expertise using AI content creation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) and visual generation platforms (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion) with portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted work
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CMS platforms
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible content
  • Experience managing content across multiple digital channels and formats with strong project management capabilities
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to balance creative innovation with measurable business outcomes
  • Understanding of financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency markets with ability to create compliant content

  • Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industries
  • Knowledge of financial services compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Prompt engineering expertise and experience with AI model fine-tuning
  • Video editing and motion graphics capabilities using AI-assisted tools
  • Marketing automation and personalization platform experience
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for content formatting
  • Certifications in content marketing, digital marketing, or AI tools
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise content strategies
