About the Role

CoLab is looking for a Brand Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is primarily focused on digital design — think research reports, blog visuals, sales decks, digital ads, and landing pages — with the occasional physical project like event booths, swag, or outdoor ads.

You’ll be joining a creative team that already includes a Brand Design Lead, a Senior Brand Designer, and a Multimedia Producer. That means you’ll have space to bring your own ideas to life and a strong team to back you up when you’re stuck or iterating through feedback.

You’ll work closely with product marketers and product designers who know our tech and our customers inside out. You’ll also be part of a company that genuinely values great design, with leadership support for brand investment and a clear understanding that great creative drives business results.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • You have 3+ years of experience designing effective creative for marketing teams. You can manage your own design projects from brief to final file, and you’re energized by producing work that not only looks great, but drives results.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce marketing creative across digital channels (website, social, paid ads, email, research reports, and more)
  • Create sales and customer-facing collateral such as slide decks and internal docs
  • Collaborate with content, digital marketing, product marketing, and product design to bring campaigns to life
  • Contribute to creative strategy across brand and marketing efforts
  • Jump into occasional physical projects like swag, trade show booths, or billboards
  • Track asset performance and use insights to guide future creative decisions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing high-quality marketing creative
  • Proficient in Figma and comfortable working in shared design systems
  • Experience with digital ad design and marketing campaigns
  • Able to manage multiple design projects independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find ways to execute on ideas with design constraints
  • Strong attention to visual detail and consistency
