Revenue Transformation Partner (Remote Canada)
We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Revenue Transformation Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving transformation for our clients.The Revenue Transformation Partner will oversee client onboarding, identify opportunities for account growth, and assist organizations in navigating the change management process of integrating AI solutions into their revenue strategies. This role requires a unique blend of AI knowledge, change management expertise, strong sales skills, and a metrics-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through a smooth, high-impact onboarding process that accelerates their path to value
- Conduct engaging training sessions to ensure teams leverage our AI tools effectively
- Develop and deliver clear, actionable onboarding resourcesBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders to understand their goals and uncover challenges
- Monitor account health to ensure satisfaction, retention, and consistent usage of our solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, developing tailored change management strategies that drive AI adoption
- Help clients navigate operational, cultural, and technical challenges, sharing best practices for success
- Apply your knowledge of top-tier sales processes to integrate Collective[i]’s solutions into client workflows
- Track performance and analyze key metrics to demonstrate ROI and uncover areas for improvement
- Drive adoption through persuasive communication and data-driven value creation
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring client feedback informs innovation
Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting, account management, or a related client-facing role
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application to sales and revenue strategies
- Proven ability to drive change through effective change management methodologies
- Expertise in sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
- Self-motivation, a growth mindset, and a proven track record of driving outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in or alongside high-performing sales organizations
- Certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP)
- Familiarity with leading AI tools and platforms
Compensation range for candidates in Canada, the specific range should be determined prior to posting the role.
Pay range for role if based in Canada.
$200,000 - $280,000 CAD
