About the Production Team:
Collectively’s Production team is the strategic production arm of our client services practice, responsible for leading influencer marketing projects from kick off to completion with creativity, ingenuity, and exceptional project management skills. The team charter is flawless execution and exceptional client service and we pride ourselves on guiding our clients and influencers through each step of a project with strategic solutions along the way.
Role Overview:
Collectively is seeking a temporary Senior Influencer Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid temporary role for a strategist and producer who can bridge the gap between traditional creator marketing and PR-driven industry influence. You must be comfortable managing high-touch client relationships and executing bespoke, white-glove strategies for elite industry thought leaders and have prior experience working in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Services
- Serve as a trusted advisor and day-to-day point of contact to senior clients, providing guidance on how influence drives reputation and revenue in sophisticated B2B categories.
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings, including setting agendas, speaking to campaign progress, on-the-fly strategy & problem solving, and preparing summaries/recaps
- Develop and lead integrated strategies that align influencer marketing with PR and corporate narratives, specifically targeting Mid-Market CEOs, CFOs, and Key Stakeholders.
Influencer Casting & Management
- Pitch and book talent for high-authority environments beyond social, including industry podcasts, trade associations, specialized conferences, and executive dinners.
- Responsible for successful casting of influencers for campaigns, guided by strategic recommendations
- Contribute to cultivating long-term relationships with key influencers on behalf of clients
- Stay on the pulse of culture and industry trends – keeping up and interacting with relevant media and influencers on a regular basis
- Translate complex technical innovations and B2B product benefits into authoritative, edutaining storytelling that positions clients as strategic growth partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile Business Opinion Leaders, specifically targeting Mid-Market CEOs, CFOs, and Key Stakeholders.
- Manage the research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for paid and earned campaigns, providing strong rationale for potential candidates
- Manage outreach to influencers and their respective agents to gauge interest in Collectively campaigns, prioritizing creator/agent relationships and experience, as well as brand and agency reputation, in every communication.
- Track availability, rates, and other key details related to the project to assess influencer alignment/fit with excellent organization.
- Work cross-functionally to manage targeted seeding (gifting) programs from start to finish, including vendor management,product fulfillment, budget and content tracking.
- Create surveys for additional information and opt-ins
Project Management
- Independently or with co-Producers, lead program execution of complex, multi-phase projects across a variety of client types and verticals
- Develop and manage program timelines and budgets, ensuring programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with key KPIs met
- Provide ongoing budget management and maintenance to ensure fidelity and accuracy, and on-time creator payments.
- Ensure cross-functional contributions are aligned with overall program goals and Production strategy, communicate directly with leaders on cross-functional teams performance to make adjustments as-needed
- Create exceptional key production deliverables for complex or nuanced projects, including campaign briefs, activation strategies, production schedules and timelines, key client communications, influencer lists, and weekly reports
- Together with Collectively’s Business Affairs team, ensure that agreements for influencers are accurate, align with program goals, and are executed in a timely fashion
- Proactively inform Production leadership of project statuses, optimization insights and potential partnership learnings with solutions on how to ensure learnings are shared across the account and represented in future work
- On an as-needed basis, travel to attend and manage influencer presence at events and/or shoots
- Work closely with junior team members as a mentor to delegate and oversee tasks across campaigns
- Seek out new and improved ways of working; proactively bring ideas to Account and Team leaders
Requirements:
- A solid grasp of public relations tools, including research, executive visibility planning, and developing media relationships.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR, with at least 3 years of experience focusing on B2B, technology, or fintech brands.
- Experience identifying and vetting niche authorities, speakers, and subject-matter experts based on industry credibility rather than just follower count.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead high-level client presentations and executive reporting.
- Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines at onceAn ability and willingness to deeply understand the needs, motivations and aspirations of our clients and influencers and translate that understanding into impactful content
- Ability to work autonomously with little oversight, as well as strong ability to successfully work cross-functionally to ensure contributions from multiple stakeholders across disciplines are woven into the project work seamlessly

The pay range for this position is $98,000 to $110,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
