We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.
We are currently looking for a General Manager to join our team and lead PSA for the European Markets. This role reports to the Head of PSA International and will be based out of our new Germany office in Frankfurt.
What You’ll Do:
- P&L responsibility for PSA’s business in Europe
- Lead the PSA Europe organization out of the Germany office
- Devise and execute growth strategies for the European market in accordance with Collectors company goals and priorities. Identify and execute partnerships, offerings and tactics, and events to grow PSA’s grading business
- Foster a collaborative environment with operations, sales, marketing, and other cross functional teams to ensure short and long term objectives are met
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the European market
- Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Establish, maintain and grow strategic industry partnerships (e.g., top trading card dealers, manufacturers, etc.) to drive grading revenue and grow PSA in Europe
- Develop relationships with key industry partners within Europe
- Evaluate and report on the performance of in-market partnerships and work with leadership to enhance market strategy
- Oversee European marketing team developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and growth initiatives
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of relevant management experience
- Experience managing a P&L
- Intimate knowledge of collectibles industry within the European market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and delegation skills
- Proven people leader that is team-orientated and can work with teams globally and embodies Collectors’ values: lead with integrity, be kind, bring out the best in everyone, start with why, collector obsession and play to win the game
- Proven track record of strategic partner management
- Self-starter with ability to manage numerous projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention-to-detail
- Fluency in English and German
- Must be authorized to work in Germany
