We’re seeking a Workplace Director to lead, support, coach and develop our US-based Workplace team. This role will work directly with Collectors leadership and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and deploy Workplace strategy across sites, with an emphasis on fostering culture and building scalable processes as we expand globally.
You’ll report to the Senior Director of Real Estate & Workplace for Collectors. Direct reports include a Workplace Manager and two Senior Workplace Managers.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deploy a best-in-class Workplace strategy for expansion across US and global locations, guiding and advising our Leadership team on strategy and execution using data and detailed analysis to provide a seamless and consistent experience for our teams
- Guide approach to company-wide & local Workplace communications that will keep all employees and Leaders highly informed of workplace changes, projects, moves, etc
- Develop and oversee the roll out of new scalable workplace processes, policies, quality management systems with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and implementing stakeholder feedback and reducing friction for employees
- Partner with Workplace Managers to develop and implement cost-efficient maintenance & supply programs within established budgets ensuring highly efficient sites that are clean and productive
- In conjunction with Finance and Leadership, develop and own the Workplace operating budget, working with the broader Workplace team to track across sites and report variances to leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Real Estate, Operations, Security, Asset Protection, IT, Engineering) on internal expansion & improvement projects, delivering projects on time and under budget
- Oversee the Workplace ticketing system, ensuring the Global team responds to incoming requests/issues/feedback in a timely and professional manner, establishing and maintaining highly efficient SLAs and providing regular reporting
- Partner closely with Environmental Health and Safety to maintain highly safe offices and other sites, both domestically and globally
- Lead by example and be a champion of all company policies, including safety, attendance & security
Who You Are:
- Minimum 10 years as a Real Estate or Workplace leader (or equivalent)
- Strong experience managing teams across multiple geographies and time zones
- Proven experience partnering with and driving influence across executive stakeholders, including having excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, organizational and influencing skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large scale budgets, tracking and reporting with an eye for cost optimization
- Comfortable stretching up and down the ladder (working with stakeholders at every level), flexing seamlessly from high-level executive summaries to in-the-weeds details with Managers
- Proven experience independently managing office construction projects (50k SF+) and executing large scale team moves
- Strong familiarity with space management tools like OfficeSpace and ticketing systems like Jira
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $172,640 - $220,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
