College Track is a comprehensive college completion program dedicated to equipping first-generation students confronting systemic obstacles to earn a bachelor’s degree and build a life of opportunity, choice, purpose, and power. Founded in 1997, College Track offers a 10-year integrated program providing academic, financial, and personalized support to help students persist through college and graduate.
Today, College Track supports over 5,400 scholars and alumni across 13 centers in California, Colorado, Louisiana, the D.C. Metro Area, and Baltimore. Our scholars graduate college at three times the national average for first-generation students, and 80% are employed within one year of graduation.

Position Overview
The Director of Corporate Relations is a strategic leader on College Track's Philanthropy team responsible for cultivating partnerships that fuel our 10-year commitment to scholars. Reporting to the VP of Institutional Philanthropy, this role blends high-level portfolio strategy with relationship-building to grow corporate revenue, deepen funder engagement, and expand our national impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Fundraising & Relationship Management

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the long-term financial sustainability and growth of corporate giving.

Cultivate, manage, and steward a portfolio of 75–90 corporate and foundation partners with six-figure+ gift capacity.

Design and host high-touch partner engagements, including site visits, volunteer opportunities, and executive touchpoints.

Craft compelling, tailored cases for support aligned with corporate priorities and College Track’s strategic goals.
Portfolio Strategy & Growth

Lead portfolio segmentation across prospecting, cultivation, and stewardship tiers to maximize engagement and revenue.

Identify and pursue new corporate partnership opportunities aligned with programmatic priorities and geographical footprint.

Set, track, and meet corporate revenue goals, ensuring strong pipeline health and target accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Communications, Education, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive benefits to top corporate sponsors.

Coordinate funder engagement across College Track’s 13 centers and 4 key geographic markets in collaboration with Executive Site Directors.

Collaborate with Grants, Impact, and Finance teams to oversee proposals, concept papers, solicitation letters, budgets, and reporting.
Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising with a strong concentration in corporate relations.

Education: 4-year college degree required.

Track Record: Proven success cultivating, soliciting, and closing six-figure corporate gifts, sponsorships, and multidimensional partnerships.

Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop funder engagement strategies and leverage data to inform portfolio decisions and growth goals.

Leadership: Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve fundraising outcomes.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills built on relationship-focused stewardship.

Mission Alignment: Deep advocacy for College Track’s mission and first-generation college completion. First-generation college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Hybrid Role: Based in the Bay Area (CA), Los Angeles (CA), or Washington, D.C.

Travel: Periodic travel to other College Track regional markets as needed.
Salary Ranges
Offers are made within target ranges based on market location and experience to maintain internal equity:

Bay Area & Washington, D.C. / PGC:

Target Range: $127,500 – $139,999 (Full Range: $115,000 – $165,000)

Target Range: $109,750 – $120,499 (Full Range: $99,000 – $142,000)
