Senior Manager, Data Warehouse & Reporting

Hybrid: Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Data Warehouse & Reporting, will manage the flow of information within our operational models including data and systems management, data integration and reporting processes. This role will ensure data integrity and consistency across commercial platforms and reporting environments (both systematic and ad hoc reporting) to enable clear, consistent understanding of performance across the sales, marketing, market access, finance, and executive teams. They. will play a key role in supporting the management of the Company’s commercial systems (Customer Relationship Management tools, Reporting and Analytics, Data Warehouse platforms) and commercial reporting operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end reporting across systems and environments ensuring on time and accurate reporting
- Support the development, implementation and management of commercial systems including CRM tools, MDM system, and Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting and Analytics platforms
- Partner with internal teams and vendors external to develop, implement and deliver timely solutions required to meet business needs
- Serve as a subject matter expert for all of Collegium’s commercial data (internal, external and 3rd party)
- Drive efficiencies and advance strategic imperatives while managing day-to-day processes and details
- Collaborate within Commercial Operations, and cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access & Trade, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain, to resolve complex systems, data & data flow issues as well as identify new opportunities
- Support the overall maintenance and validation of commercial data (internal, syndicated and 3rd party)
- Ensure that weekly/monthly commercial data is processed accurately into data warehouse and reporting environments

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required
- 6-8 years of related experience required; Minimum of 3 years of experience using SQL and querying large and/or complex data sets (SQL Server/Azure and/or Amazon Redshift)
- Knowledge of PowerShell and command line batch scripting preferred
- Knowledge of both syndicated national and payer/HCP level Commercial Pharmaceutical data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims, wholesaler and 3PL data) required
- Experience with Commercial Pharmaceutical reporting tools required (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Strong capability to manipulate and create visualizations of data
- Expert with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
Pay Range
$160,950 - $200,870 USD
