Senior Manager, Commercial Insights and Analytics

Hybrid: Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Commercial Insights & Analytics will be responsible for generating sub-national performance insights, performing detailed sales force analytics, and delivering impactful sales dashboards. This role will be critical to the development of commercial strategies as a member of a cross functional team including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access & Trade. They will also collaborate within Commercial Operations & Sales for all aspects of the field business planning process including framework design, resource development, and training.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate sub-national performance insights across multiple data sets (primary and secondary) and succinctly communicate findings to Sales and Marketing leadership
- Provide transparent, timely analysis and reports on sub-national market trends, product performance, market opportunities and risks
- Make data-based recommendations by providing business insights and analytical support to Sales and Marketing leadership, particularly when data is difficult to access or unreliable and where a high level of analytical skill is required
- Partner with Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, & Market Access leadership to define sales force and sub-national Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with brand strategies and sales tactics
- Collaborate with Data Warehousing team to support buildout of commercial data infrastructure; utilize the infrastructure to create insightful analyses and reports/dashboards
- Monitor sub-national brand Rx performance, measure the effectiveness of in-market tactics and strategies, and prepare internal presentations
- Implement sales planning best practices and support field business planning process through collaboration with Sales, Sales Training, and Marketing
- Effectively collaborate with a wide array of internal stakeholders and customers on multiple projects simultaneously

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required, Master’s degree in related field highly desirable
- 6-8 years of related analytical experience required; Minimum of 3 years of experience analyzing pharmaceutical sub-national data
- Knowledge of both syndicated national and payer/ HCP level Commercial Pharmaceutical data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims and wholesaler data) required
- Experience with Commercial Pharmaceutical reporting tools required (eg, Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong capability to manipulate and create visualizations of large data sets
- Expert with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
Pay Range
$178,828 - $200,869 USD
