Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics & Reporting

Hybrid: Required to be onsite in Stoughton, MA on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics & Reporting will drive advanced analytics and performance reporting to inform strategic and tactical business decisions, playing a critical role in the development of commercial strategies as a member of a cross-functional team including Sales, Marketing, and Market Access & Trade.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively synthesize primary and secondary data into clear national performance narratives, anticipating business questions and surfacing actionable insights, opportunities, and risks to Commercial leadership
- Deliver timely, proactive decision-ready reporting & analyses on national market trends, product performance, opportunities, and risks — consistently translating findings into specific recommended actions and next steps
- Apply advanced analytics and statistical methods in key analytics projects (e.g., marketing mix modeling, persistency analysis) to answer priority business questions, proactively identifying actionable levers to improve performance
- Develop data-backed recommendations for Commercial leadership with clear options and trade-offs — especially when data is fragmented, hard to access, or unreliable — and continuously refine approaches to deliver insights faster and more efficiently
- Own Commercial reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc), proactively flagging early signals and recommending actions to capture opportunities and mitigate risks before they escalate
- Collaborate within Commercial Operations to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting (both ad hoc and throughout our internal systems)
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to scope analytics, align on success metrics, and deliver multiple projects on time
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation, leveraging new technologies such as AI / ML where appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required, Master’s degree in related field highly desirable
- 7+ years of related experience required
- Advanced analytics capabilities, including manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets and leveraging relevant tools such as SQL, python, R. etc
- Experience with statistical modeling, including regression analysis
- Advanced problem solving skillet, with the ability to design hypothesis-driven analytical approaches
- Knowledge of both syndicated national and payer/ HCP level Commercial Pharmaceutical data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims and wholesaler data) required
- High level of business acumen, advanced quantitative and written/oral presentation skills, and very detail-oriented
- Expert with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required
Pay Range
$179,700 - $210,000 USD
