About the Position:
As a Data Center Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all planning and scheduling of maintenance work. Under the direction of the site operations manager, you will work with vendors, site electricians and data center technicians to manage work priority, develop method or procedure document, ensure necessary parts and tools are in place to perform work. You will provide the equipment-related expertise and technical guidance on improving Preventive Maintenance activities.
What you do daily:
- Schedule vendors for preventative maintenance activities
- Monitor all vendor lead work and sign off on performance of the same
- Write procedural documentation for approval by the Cologix Change Approval Board (CAB)
- Present weekly to the CAB
- Perform visual inspections of HVAC and power distribution equipment
- Some work will be after hours and on weekends
What makes you a good fit: (Qualifications)
- Previous data center or critical infrastructure environment experience
- A hands-on understanding of data center cooling and HVAC concepts
- Basic power distribution knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Vendor management experience
- Flexibility to support a rapidly growing business and the frequent change that come with it
- Experience with Virginia Department of Environmental Quality annual reporting procedures
- Experience with vendor contracts and agreements
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of NetSuite
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt

Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
Salary Range
$30 - $35 USD
