About the Role:
If you’re hungry to learn and excited about where social commerce is headed, this is the role for you. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Social Commerce Coordinator to support our social commerce and influencer marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll be the operational master of our social commerce program—managing sample logistics, creating product briefs for creators, tracking campaign performance & more. This is a great entry point into influencer marketing and social commerce, offering exposure to all stages of creator partnerships.

What You'll Do:

Sample Management & Logistics

  • Coordinate fulfillment and shipment of product samples to creators
  • Track samples through production, shipping, and delivery
  • Maintain organized records of sample requests and creator addresses

Creator Collaboration & Brief Development

  • Draft creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, messaging guidelines, and content requirements weekly for creators
  • Collaborate with creators to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines

Reporting & Analytics

  • Input campaign data, engagement metrics, and performance results into tracking systems
  • Compile reports on creator performance, reach, and ROI
  • Support analysis of campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update creator database with contact information, past collaborations, and performance metrics
  • Monitor content posted by creators and flag any brand guideline issues
  • Assist with campaign planning, timelines, and project management using internal tools

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, or creator partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Why This Role Matters:

Social commerce is one of the fastest-growing channels for brand growth. This role sits at the intersection of logistics, creativity, and data - giving you broad exposure to how influencer partnerships drive real business results. You'll build relationships with creators, learn what drives campaign success, and develop skills that are increasingly valuable in modern marketing.

Our Investment in You:

  • Be part of a purpose-driven company that’s shaping the future of comfort and mental wellness.
  • Work in a supportive, creative environment where your ideas and growth are valued.
  • Enjoy Comfrt benefits such as generous paid time off, company-covered health insurance, 5% 401k match, and discounts on all Comfrt products!
  • Join a passionate team making an impact on exciting projects, all while enjoying the flexibility and collaborative support of a fully remote environment.
