  • Title: Product Support Specialist - L3 (Lead)
  • Team: ESM Automation

Job Description:

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience as an analyst or research analyst, or working with any database or e-commerce organization.
  • Relevant work experience of 2-3 years.
  • Strong SQL and Python knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Vlookup, advanced formulas); knowledge of macros is an added advantage.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Validate initial feeds of existing and new data sources.
  • Ensure data quality of ongoing data through development execution.
  • Collect, gather, and analyze data according to business rules.
  • Partner with other analytics and reporting development teams.
  • Create weekly and monthly reports for the analytics team.
