Senior Product Manager (L5)
Location: Bangalore, India
Your role as Senior Product manager gives you an opportunity to shape this future and transform the industry. What you’ll do:
- Be the voice of the customer and responsible for driving a product roadmap that enables CommerceIQ to build the most powerful Digital Shelf platform. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify top opportunities to attract and convert new customers.
- Partner with engineering managers to secure resources, scope technical efforts, set project priorities, milestones, and drive delivery. Work closely with engineering teams to provide hands-on product support during analysis, benchmarking, design, development, testing, launch, and post launch phases.
- Deliver roadmap items on time and with high quality.
- Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences.
- Drive overall communication to leadership, stakeholder and core working teams in regular cadence to bring awareness.
Basic Qualifications or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical discipline, MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years total experience, 5+ years of product management in software platform or SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience in driving end-to-end product delivery of large technology products.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and driving technical decisions
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills including data analysis using SQL or Python.
- Proven ability to use a data driven approach to back up assumptions and drive actions.
Preferred Qualities or Experience:
- Experience with large ecommerce platforms will be a huge plus.
- Experience with ecommerce backend systems and processes.
- Software engineering experience
