The Role:

This role is primarily focused on demonstrating the value of CommerceIQ software in relation to prospects’ business objectives. This spans across ecommerce retailers (Amazon, Sainsbury’s, ASDA, Tesco, etc) and functional verticals (Sales, Retail Media, Digital Shelf, Operations, etc).

An ideal candidate will have an innate understanding of digital shelf analytics and/or retail media, across multiple retailers and markets, and how these functions can be leveraged by brands and manufactures to drive sales growth at scale. In partnership with an Account Executive, the Solutions Consulting Director will demonstrate the value of CommerceIQ through presentations, demos, and strategic consultations.

 What You'll Do:

  • Exhibit subject matter expertise in CommerceIQ’s industry and products (digital shelf analytics, retail media, ecommerce sales management etc.) and demonstrate the company’s strategic value in order solve prospects’ pain points and win new business. 
  • Conduct engaging product demos to provide prospects with insight into our products’ functionality and the potential growth that can be derived from using our solutions.
  • Perform value assessments across CommerceIQ’s product lines and clearly articulate the impact (quantitative and qualitative) our solutions can have on the customer’s business.
  • Partner directly with a small group of Account Executives to uncover client challenges and opportunities through deep customer discovery to tailor future engagements to the problems that need to be solved.
  • Prepare and develop technical presentations, as well as respond to applicable RFPs, to explain our CommerceIQ products and services and how to integrate them to our customers' digital flywheel.
  • Collaborate with Services, Product Management, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales Operations based on the needs of the customer and company.
  • Use feedback from clients and prospects to provide input to the product roadmap based on market needs. 
  • Meet with clients, online and in-person, to cultivate relationships while demonstrating thought leadership in digital shelf analytics, retail media, and omnichannel commerce.

What You'll Bring: 

  • At least one of the following
    • 5+ years experience in digital shelf analytics, retail media management, category management, or a similar capacity, at a multinational brand/manufacturer.  
    • OR 5+ years experience at an agency or SaaS provider supporting eCommerce for brands (preferably digital shelf analytics and/or retail media, applicable experience is welcome)
  • Detailed understanding of omnichannel ecommerce and experience working with global enterprise accounts
  • A storyteller at heart, you are a proficient presenter that can take complex topics and articulate them in a clear, concise manner 
  • Autonomous problem solver - you don’t just identify problems, you identify problems and recommend a way to solve them
  • History of working cross-functionally to reach and exceed organizational sales targets
  • High level of curiosity, high energy, and self-motivation; a proven track record of successful career growth
  • Ability to generate analysis and insight from raw data
  • Preferred: 2+ years experience with digital shelf analytics platforms (e.Fundamentals, Data Impact, Profitero, etc.)
  • Nice to have: Retail Media Advertising experience (Amazon Advertising, Criteo, CitrusAds, etc.)

 

Benefits & Perks: 

The typical base pay range for this role is GBP: £85,000 - £130,000 per year. 

This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.  

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at CommerceIQ. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock options, as well as potential discretionary bonuses. You will also receive access to:
