  • Experience partnering with Finance to make payroll-related changes for employees
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to share complicated details about processes, programs, and company priorities clearly and concisely both written and verbally

CIQ Leadership Principles (LPs):  Success factors for the role include the following LPs

  • Deepdive: CIQr’s operate at all levels, stay connected to the details, audit frequently, and are skeptical when metrics and anecdote differ. They inspect and question details, this is different than micro-managing, but rather trust but verify. No task is beneath them.
  • GSD (Get Sh*t Done): CIQr’s move quickly, when they see something, they do something to action problems. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study, recognizing the difference between  “one-way and two-way” door decisions. Leaders value calculated risk taking, and strong bias for action.
  • Ownership: CIQr’s are owners. They take responsibility for challenges and problems and think long term. They act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just their own team. They never say “that’s not my job”.

Benefits & Perks:

  • Highly competitive pay, benefits, and early stage stock options
  • Unlimited PTO (US) in addition to 11 National paid holidays
  • Flexible work arrangement in our new Mountain View CA offices (3x onsite, 2x flex)
  • Monthly cell phone, internet, and gym/fitness reimbursement
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits
  • 401K plan, FSA, and HSA programs
  • Long-term and short-term disability

Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $190,000 - $240,000/per year, this role is also eligible for a bonus and equity (bonus eligibility is based on company performance and personal performance).

This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
