The Role:

The Director, Revenue Operations is responsible for building, unifying, and aligning the strategy, operations, systems, and data that support GTM teams across the organization. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, these responsibilities include revenue planning, forecasting, and reporting; strategy, systems, and data management across GTM teams; quota setting and management; sales process optimization; and sales compensation design and administration. The Director, Revenue Operations (DRO) is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the GTM organization and will also be responsible for designing programs and processes that integrate sales and marketing strategy, customer operations, and initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance the DRO partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leadership to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled across teams.

You'll also help shape how AI and automation show up in our own GTM motion — practicing what we sell. You'll build and lead a small Revenue Operations team as we scale. This role suits someone who's built revenue operations from an early stage, thinks in root causes, moves with urgency, and is as comfortable in a spreadsheet as in a board deck.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead sales and revenue forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales, marketing and customer success organizations
  • Build strategies, programs, and processes that align GTM efforts across every function
  • Track short-term and long-term KPIs key to the success of the overall business
  • Build and lead a small Revenue Operations team, and grow it as the business scales
  • Develop reporting and analysis on revenue forecasting, pipeline, GTM KPIs, and individual sales performance
  • Evaluate where AI and automation can improve forecasting, pipeline scoring, and GTM workflows. Lead adoption of these workflows
  • Spot opportunities to improve GTM process, and build or implement the programs and tools to fix them
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to inspect process quality, including handoffs across the funnel, and find opportunities for tighter collaboration
  • Design sales and Customer Success compensation plans and territory models that align with our KPIs
  • Own our GTM technology stack: evaluate, implement, and retire tools as needed to keep Revenue Operations sharp
  • Lead cross-functional GTM initiatives that scale the business
  • Help Sales and Marketing shape customer outreach methods, handoff processes, and related initiatives
  • Monitor customer retention, forecast churn, and build mitigation strategies alongside Customer Success
  • Drive QBRs, Annual Operating Plans, and budget setting
  • Work directly with senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience building revenue and sales operations functions from an early stage
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to run advanced analysis without waiting on someone else to build the model
  • Comfort evaluating and adopting AI-powered tools in service of GTM efficiency
  • 8–12+ years of total professional experience, including 6+ years in Enterprise Revenue and/or Sales Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies in the $40–100M ARR range
  • Experience building and leading a small team, with a track record of growing people alongside the function
  • A demonstrated track record of taking on more scope, level, and responsibility over time
  • Solid command of GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, and the broader martech/sales stack) and the best practices behind them
  • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous processes and drive change through them
  • Data-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about root causes
  • Customer-first instincts and a good ear for what GTM teams actually need
  • A strategic thinker who also ships — comfortable under tight timelines and competing priorities
  • Foundational fluency in sales processes and tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
