  • Your word is trustworthy, and you do what you say you will

YOU ARE DRIVEN TO INCREASE VALUE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

INNOVATE

You stay on the frontier of paid media strategy and technology across both search and social. You combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans spanning Google Ads and Meta. You make tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging, and campaign optimization across platforms. You test constantly, investigate relentlessly, and adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes. When it's time to pivot, you're among the first. You bring early insights to the team and lead the way.

CREATE

Creative problems take creative solutions. You write compelling direct-response copy for both search and social, build out campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and ensure every initiative is launched on time, on budget, and built to win. You use historical data to guide decisions and find the hidden solution others miss. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making are non-negotiables.

OWN

KPIs are your bread and butter. Google Sheets is your jam. "Count on Me" is your mantra. You see things through to the end. You project monthly budgets for each account, back every recommendation with data, and communicate results clearly to clients and teammates. You hold yourself to a high standard and share your learnings to elevate the buyers around you. People know: if you're involved, it gets done.
