We are looking for a talented and passionate UI Designer to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces across our digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and experience in developing scalable design systems while crafting seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to bring concepts to life through compelling visual design.
What you'll do...
- Design: Design intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible user interfaces for enterprise software experiences.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers to ensure design consistency and an optimal user experience.
- Development Handoff: Provide thorough design specs and functional annotations, working closely with developers to implement and refine UI components.
- Design System Management: Maintain and enhance design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across products.
- User Feedback & Iteration: Conduct design reviews, gather user feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and aesthetics.
- Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
Who you are...
- Bachelor’s degree in UI Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a UI Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work and design process.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and responsive design.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries like Material Design, Fluent UI, Bootstrap, or custom design systems.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, advocating for the UX process within the organization
- Detail-oriented and passionate about creating seamless, delightful user experiences
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
- Experience designing for enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with user behavior analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Pendo.

US Pay Range
$54,400 - $149,730 USD
