Position Responsibilities:
Leadership & Coaching: Mentor, coach, and develop a team of SDRs, ensuring they meet and exceed pipeline generation goals through structured training, real-time feedback, and performance analysis.
Pipeline Generation: Personally source new sales prospects through proactive outreach, setting the standard for the team by executing cold calls, emails, and other prospecting techniques.
Performance Management: Monitor SDR performance metrics, ensuring consistent achievement of activity targets (e.g., 150+ interactions per day) and sales pipeline goals.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies, improve lead qualification techniques, and enhance overall SDR effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales counterparts, marketing, and enablement teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process and alignment on key initiatives.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking of team activities and pipeline progress within Salesforce (SFDC) and other customer engagement platforms, providing regular reporting and insights to sales leadership.
Training & Onboarding: Assist in hiring, onboarding, and ramping new SDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Position Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in a sales development, inside sales, or similar role, with a track record of exceeding pipeline and sales targets.
Leadership Skills: Prior experience in a leadership, mentorship, or team lead role is strongly preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, or a related field preferred.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Commvault products and a solid understanding of the SaaS landscape, with the ability to articulate product value effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Office, and customer engagement platforms.
Communication & Coaching: Exceptional ability to motivate and guide team members, coupled with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Time Management & Organization: Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Professionalism: High level of integrity, work ethic, and ability to maintain confidentiality in all business interactions.
