The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to drive strategic partnerships and manage relationships with top-tier Global System Integrators (GSIs), such as Deloitte, Accenture, and other influential firms. As a key leader within our partnership team, you will play an essential role in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment between our solutions and the GSI’s strategic priorities.

What you’ll do…

Strategic Partnership Management

  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with GSIs, fostering collaboration at executive and operational levels
  • Define joint business objectives, aligning GSI priorities with company goals
  • Lead partner strategy sessions to identify opportunities for mutual growth
  • Cultivate, nurture, and manage executive stakeholder relationships between our company and alliance partners
  • Serve as the "go-to" executive to speak at partner events and meetings to articulate the power of our partnerships

Revenue and Growth Objectives

  • Drive partner-enabled revenue growth across global markets through co-selling initiatives
  • Ensure achievement of shared sales targets and financial metrics
  • Build and execute annual and quarterly business plans targeted at growing mutual business
  • Manage co-investment allocations, budgeting, and resourcing associated with ongoing business

Program and Solution Development

  • Design and implement programs tailored to GSI and Alliances needs, focusing on innovation and solution adoption
  • Identify and create mutual key strategic solution offerings and secure executive sponsorship
  • Establish key success criteria to focus both organizations on delivering joint solutions
  • Develop a profound understanding of both organizations' objectives to build joint offerings that support mutual strategic goals
  • Oversee joint marketing efforts, lead generation initiatives, and customer success strategies

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate internally across sales, marketing, and technical teams to streamline processes and deliver key solutions and awareness campaigns
  • Build a company-to-company metric reporting dashboard measuring go-to-market execution
  • Track partnership performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership
  • Manage and collaborate with teams across different business units in a matrix environment

Industry Leadership

  • Represent the company in industry forums, conferences, and networking events
  • Position the company as a trusted leader among GSIs
  • Stay informed about market trends and GSI and Alliance specific developments to guide partnership strategy

Who you are…

  • 10-15 years of proven executive experience in sales, business development, and go-to-market strategy
  • Global partnership experience is essential, with proven track record of alliance leadership with large, complex global relationships
  • Deep understanding of the technology landscape, particularly in data protection, data availability, cyber resiliency, and mission-critical workload recovery
  • Experience building joint solutions from the ground up with one or more partners
  • Strong working knowledge of distribution models, channel programs, and the "value exchange" elements of partner relationships
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with demonstrated success influencing executive stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of achieving revenue growth through partnerships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with global teams
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed virtual environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

US Pay Range

$166,345 - $292,100 USD
