Job Description: MarTech Specialist
Overview:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented MarTech Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing the administration and optimization of our MarTech stack, driving system integrations, and ensuring efficient technical configurations across the platform. The ideal candidate will report to the MarTech Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize technology adoption, perform post-go-live check-ins, and provide strategic insights to enhance tool utilization.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee user administration and maintain the MarTech stack to ensure smooth functionality and user access across the organization.
Lead post-go-live check-in sessions, provide adoption optimization reviews, and generate actionable insights to enhance platform utilization.
Manage overflow work related to system integrations, technical configurations, and regular system updates to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure successful integration of new tools and platforms within the MarTech ecosystem.
Drive best practices in the use of MarTech platforms to improve marketing performance and streamline processes.
Provide regular reports and updates to key stakeholders on platform performance, adoption metrics, and optimization opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in MarTech to proactively suggest improvements and new solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MarTech platforms, working closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve any challenges.
Ensure data integrity across systems and support governance efforts by maintaining clean, consistent, and accurate marketing data.
Create and maintain documentation on system processes, configurations, and best practices. Support user training and onboarding on new tools and features.
Support compliance efforts by ensuring platforms adhere to data privacy regulations and security policies.
Position Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a MarTech or similar technical marketing role.
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other MarTech tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense).
Strong understanding of technical configuration, system integrations, and troubleshooting.
Ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in optimizing and driving adoption for MarTech platforms post-implementation.
Proficiency in reporting and analyzing data to provide actionable insights for optimization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with advanced marketing technologies, including personalization, automation, and analytics platforms.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic troubleshooting or system configurations.
