The Opportunity...
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Workday and third-party systems. This role will be responsible for designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Workday integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange between HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong Workday Studio, EIB, and API expertise, along with a deep understanding of HR and Payroll data flows. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
What you'll do...
Integration Development & Maintenance
-
Experience in at least 3 implementations with workday studio and global payroll integrations.

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.

Develop and support integrations with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, ATS, and other third-party systems (e.g., ADP, SAP, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors).

Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
System Optimization & Enhancements

Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and implement best-fit solutions.

Optimize existing integrations to improve efficiency and system performance.

Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all integrations.
Testing, Upgrades & Release Management

Support Workday bi-annual releases, assessing impact on integrations and performing end-to-end testing.

Conduct system and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new integrations and enhancements.

Document integration designs, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday integration issues and data flow inconsistencies.

Work closely with IT and vendors to resolve API connectivity and authentication issues.

Provide training and knowledge sharing for HR and IT teams on integration processes.
Who you are...
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience with Workday integrations and system administration.
-
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI/PEO, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.

Experience with XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and scripting languages.

Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance data structures within Workday.

Ability to troubleshoot integration failures, API issues, and security authentication errors.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions.

Strong documentation skills, ensuring clear integration mappings and workflows.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Workday Integration Certification or Workday Studio Certification.

Experience with Workday Extend or other low-code/no-code Workday tools is a plus.

US Pay Range
$54,400 - $149,730 USD
