The opportunity...
The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Oracle NetSuite is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions to support business operations. This role works closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and developers to translate business needs into system solutions, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with corporate objectives. The Sr. BSA serves as a subject matter expert and plays a key role in strategic decision-making for system enhancements, integrations, and process automation. 

 

What You'll Do...

Business Process Analysis & Optimization: 

  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. 

  • Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation. 

  • Recommend best practices for NetSuite configurations, customizations, and integrations. 

NetSuite System Management & Enhancements: 

  • Oversee system configurations, including workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports. 

  • Collaborate with NetSuite Administrators and Developers to design and implement system improvements. 

  • Ensure proper governance, compliance, and security standards within NetSuite. 

Integration & Data Management: 

  • Work with IT teams to integrate NetSuite with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, BI tools). 

  • Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and cross-platform data consistency. 

  • Oversee API and middleware-based integrations and troubleshoot data exchange issues. 

Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Leadership: 

  • Serve as the liaison between business teams, IT, and external vendors to align NetSuite capabilities with organizational needs. 

  • Lead or contribute to ERP-related projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. 

  • Develop and deliver training materials and support end-user adoption. 

  • Reporting & Analytics: 

  • Build and optimize NetSuite reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for business insights. 

  • Partner with finance, operations, and sales teams to provide data-driven decision support. 

Support & Troubleshooting: 

  • Act as a senior point of contact for NetSuite-related issues, working closely with system administrators and developers. 

  • Ensure timely resolution of system issues and continuously improve processes to minimize disruptions. 

 

Who You Are...

  • Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role in an ERP environment, with at least 3 years in NetSuite. 

  • Experience leading ERP implementations, system upgrades, or large-scale NetSuite enhancements. 

  • Technical & Functional Expertise: 

  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite ERP modules, including Financials, Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and CRM. 

  • Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite, including workflows, saved searches, and dashboards. 

  • Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics. 

  • Understanding of API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and system architecture. 

  • Soft Skills & Leadership: 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. 

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven recommendations. 

  • Preferred Certifications & Skills: 

  • NetSuite ERP Consultant or NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus. 

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies. 

  • Exposure to SQL, JavaScript (SuiteScript), or other ERP scripting languages. 

 


We are seeking a Salesforce Architect / Senior Developer to play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that drive business value. This role involves leading the technical architecture, development, integration, and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Gainsight, and related platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce development, best practices, and scalable solution design. 

 

As a Salesforce Architect / Senior Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders, to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business goals. You will ensure Salesforce applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

What You'll Do...

1. Solution Design & Architecture 

  • Lead architectural design for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability. 

  • Design and implement Salesforce integrations with third-party applications, including Gainsight and other business platforms. 

  • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical design documents, system architecture, and implementation roadmaps. 

  • Leverage Salesforce capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs, to build scalable solutions. 

2. Development & Customization 

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL. 

  • Implement complex workflows, triggers, and automation solutions that enhance business processes. 

  • Design and implement Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions for pricing, quoting, and billing automation. 

  • Develop reusable components and maintain high standards for code quality, security, and performance. 

3. System Administration & Support 

  •  Ensure optimal functionality and user experience of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Gainsight. 

  • Support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related integration and data synchronization issues. 

  • Maintain data integrity and best practices for data management, security, and compliance. 

  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and system administrators.  

4. Testing & Deployment 

  • Define and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions. 

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment. 

  • Document changes, enhancements, and configurations for release management. 

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Agile Delivery 

  • Partner with business analysts to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. 

  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales Operations, and IT teams to enhance Salesforce capabilities. 

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely project delivery. 

6. Service Health & Innovation 

  •  Monitor and maintain the health of Salesforce environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues. 

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, emerging technologies, and best practices, advocating for innovation. 

  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools like CoPilot and GenAI to enhance Salesforce functionality. 

  • Leverage Salesforce AI technologies like Einstein AI and AgentForce to drive intelligent automations and predictive analytics.  

 

Who You Are...

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. 

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. 

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, integration, and solution design. 

  • Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), and Gainsight integration. 

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist). 

  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other integration tools. 

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes, version control (Git), and automated testing tools. 

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. 

  • Experience in Agile development practices. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience with Marketo, Outreach, Tackle, OpenAir, Docebo, Thales, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365. 

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or ITSM tools. 

  • Experience with data modeling, analytics, and dashboards in Salesforce.
