The HR Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program that provides an accelerated, integrated, and well-rounded introduction to human resources with a special emphasis on long-term sustainable value creation to the business.
What You'll Do...
- The HRLDP curriculum is designed to meet the current and future expectations of Commvault’s emerging business where people are the center.
- Through three rotational job assignments, technical and experiential development assignments, and unprecedented exposure to the C-Suite executive team, participants will be able to work in HR, accelerate their development and make real and lasting contributions to our company
- The three assignments will be in areas such as Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, Employee Experience, Inclusion & Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Development and/or Business Partner (HRBP) function
- You will have the opportunity to work around the globe and learn from senior HR leaders, receive mentorship and sponsorship, make real and lasting contributions to our business and build a network of peers.
- This world-class three-year rotational leadership development program is designed to set you on the path to an accelerated HR leadership role in Commvault.
Who You Are...
- Internship experience or full-time industry work experience, which occurred between graduation and your undergraduate program
- Experience in human resources, business operations or related fields and/or knowledge of human resource theory (organizational effectiveness and dynamics, leadership, management theory, etc.) Exceptional analytical skills, able work independently and willing to challenge to status quo. Any applicant must be a life-long learner, excited and passionate about winning through empowering and engaging our Vaulters as we build w world-class company.
- Passion for building a career in Human Resources
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
- Project/Program Management Skills
- Experience in coaching employees
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization

US Pay Range
$54,400 - $98,900 USD
