We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Director, HR Transformation & Planning to serve as a force multiplier for our CHRO and HR leadership team. This individual will drive transformation across all HR disciplines by embedding structured planning, process rigor, and forward-looking insights into our operating rhythm. Acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner, this leader will build scalable frameworks and ensure we are aligned, accountable, and delivering on our people strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Partner directly with the CHRO and HR LT to shape and execute strategic priorities across HR (Talent, Total Rewards, DEI, People Operations, Employee Experience, etc.).
- Drive the annual and quarterly HR planning cycles, including OKRs, workforce planning, and budgeting alignment.
- Build and manage enterprise-grade PowerPoint materials for Board updates, executive briefings, and leadership presentations.
- Establish and operationalize HR operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, monthly business reviews, and cross-functional milestone tracking.
- Build repeatable frameworks and rigor into HR programs (e.g., compensation cycles, performance reviews, workforce planning).
- Design and manage scorecards, dashboards, and reporting cadence for monthly and quarterly HR metrics.
- Coordinate and track progress across the HR leadership team to ensure accountability, timely execution, and alignment with business goals.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in partnership with HRBPs and CoEs.
- Stay ahead of industry benchmarks and internal gaps to provide proactive, consultative insight to CHRO and leadership.
Who you are:
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in HR strategy, business operations, consulting, or HR transformation roles.
- Prior experience in a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or internal strategy/COO function highly preferred.
- Strong program management and planning skills; thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication and executive presence; capable of building compelling decks and narratives.
- Highly organized, obsessively detail-oriented, and rigorous in tracking follow-through.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to drive insights and planning.

US Pay Range
$166,345 - $322,000 USD
