The Opportunity
What you'll do
The Bid Desk Specialist will help to build stronger relationships with potential customers by providing responsive and effective communication during the RFP/ RFI stage leading to a win in market. While supporting sales team to drive growth and profitability, this role drives Stronger client relationships, Competitive advantage and improve the efficiency by streamlining workflows, implementing best practices, and using technology to automate certain tasks.
Who you are
- 4-6 years of experience in proposal development, RFP/ RFI response, bid management, or a related field. Candidates should have a strong understanding of proposal best practices, including research, writing, and RFP/ RFI management.
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical proposals templates for each product line in alignment with technical subject matter experts.
- Has the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream opportunities. Solid understanding and management of internal governance procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Prior experience with any proposal management software and Salesforce is ideal.
- Prior exposure to Maintenance of knowledge base of proposals, client requirements, and best practices for proposal development is an added advantage.
- Ability to Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, finance, legal, Product, Security & Compliance, and marketing etc. for client requirements.
- Must be an excellent communicator and comfortable working with Senior functional Leadership

- Candidate should have strong writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with functional stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills backed by Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Operate to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with internal and external Customers to develop and submit proposals to lead cross functional engagement.
- Ability to improvise and adopt prompt engineering for generative AI / AI tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced timeline and collaborative environment to meet challenging Business wins.
