The Opportunity:

You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions, build scalable data pipelines, and work on applications in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI. The role requires strong programming (Python/Java/R), experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face), and cloud expertise (Azure/AWS). You’ll also implement MLOps (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) and collaborate with teams to translate data insights into business impact.

What you’ll be doing..,

  • Will be responsible for designing and developing machine learning systems and AI systems, implementing appropriate ML algorithms, and conducting experiments. They possess strong programming skills, knowledge of data science, and expertise in statistics.
  • Work on system design and API development, cloud deployment, MLOps. design and develop scalable AI/ML applications.
  • Work with data to create models, perform analysis, train and retrain models to optimize performance. Your responsibilities will involve designing and constructing machine learning models, as well as refining and updating existing models.
  • Advanced problem-solving and quantitative analysis capabilities, utilizing programming languages like Python, Java and R to derive actionable insights.
  • Partner with other teams to build, design and maintain core data infrastructure, pipelines and data workflows to automate dashboards and analyses, in order to increase efficiency of team’s workflows.
  • Implement MLOps practices, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and version control (GitHub).
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects
  • Work on massive structured, unstructured, transactional and real-time data sets from a variety of sources to analyse customer usage patterns and provide actionable, intuitive, impactful insights using metrics, algorithms, and statistics.
  • Design and build robust data pipelines for processing and analysing large datasets.
  • Proficient in implementing deep learning techniques for computer vision, DL , GEN AI , NLP, and reinforcement learning to solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, ensuring smooth integration of machine learning workflows into production environments and managing model lifecycle
  • Advanced understanding of AI model interpretability (e.g., SHAP, LIME) to provide insights into complex machine learning models and improve model transparency for business users
  • Collaborative team player with demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and successful delivery of data-driven solutions.
  • Proficient in communicating complex data insights and narratives to non-technical stakeholders, translating technical results into actionable business recommendations and strategic plans
  • Build predictive models to detect anomalies

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar discipline)
  • Proven experience as an AI or Machine Learning Engineer or similar role (data science, GenAI) 
  • Exposure to Generative AI concepts and frameworks (LLM`s ,Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain)
  • Ability to write robust code in Python, Java or R
  • Proficiency in SQL or other advanced database querying languages (e.g., T-SQL, PL/SQL) for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
  • Experience in building and deploying AI-powered solutions on cloud platforms (including Microsoft Azure AI and Azure ML services.
  • Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks and algorithms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) for developing predictive models, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP) applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure suite including Data Factory, Container Services, DevOps, and Azure Machine Learning Services to develop, deploy, and manage scalable data solutions.
