The Opportunity...
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director, G&A Applications to lead the vision, development, and optimization of enterprise platforms supporting our corporate functions. This high-impact leadership role spans financial systems, legal technology, document management, ServiceNow, and other business-critical G&A platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving scalable, compliant, and high-performing solutions that enable operational excellence across a complex, global SaaS environment.

The Director will partner closely with Finance, Legal, HR, IT, and other business stakeholders to ensure systems effectively support enterprise objectives, compliance requirements, and evolving business models. This role demands deep domain knowledge, strong technical acumen, and a passion for operational innovation.

What You'll Do...
Key Responsibilities:

· Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for G&A platforms aligned with business goals and IT strategy specifically around ERP, ServiceNow and Legal technologies.

· Maintain stakeholder relationships and work with business leads to ensure full comprehension of CommVault's current state G&A functions.

· Develop and maintain G&A technology roadmaps, process documents and knowledge base.

· Own all financial systems in the invoice-to-cash space inclusive of NetSuite ERP, Avalara, international finance platforms, FloQast and a variety of other technologies.

· Own ServiceNow and all LegalTech such as Datagrail, Bitsight and other relevant technologies.

· Lead end-to-end transformation/evolution of the invoice-to-cash (I2C) lifecycle with a focus on automation, accuracy, and AI enablement.

· Implement and manage subscription billing models, multi-entity revenue recognition (ASC 606), and global tax compliance (VAT, GST).

· Ensure ERP integrations with Salesforce, CPQ, billing tools (e.g., Zuora, Stripe), and data warehouses are robust and compliant.

· Drive SOX-ready governance frameworks, change management, and audit readiness.

· Oversee enterprise document management platforms (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, Box), promoting best practices in governance, access, and discoverability.

· Partner with the Office of the CIO to deliver ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, and Legal Service Delivery.

· Manage vendor relationships, support models, and implementation partners to ensure successful outcomes.

· Manage and mentor a high-performing team of analysts, specialists, and administrators.


Who You Are...
Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. (MBA, CPA, or advanced certifications are a plus.)

· 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications leadership, including 3+ years at the director level.

· Proven leadership in finance systems and ERP administration, including NetSuite ERP (SuiteBilling, ARM).

· Experience implementing and managing legal tech solutions, document/content management platforms, and customer-facing portals.

· Deep knowledge of subscription billing, I2C processes, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and multi-entity, multi-currency SaaS operations.

· Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and delivery.

· Demonstrated experience managing integrations across ERP, Salesforce, CPQ, billing systems, and data platforms.

· Strong understanding of SOX, security, compliance, and audit frameworks.

Preferred:

· Experience in high-growth SaaS, technology, or regulated industries.

· Familiarity with platforms such as Zuora, Stripe, Avalara, Celigo, Boomi, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Salesforce Experience Cloud.

· Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or ServiceNow.

· Exposure to Agile or hybrid SDLC methodologies.

US Pay Range

$166,345 - $244,950 USD
