The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Manager - GTM and Integrations who can balance strong technical expertise with effective people leadership. You will oversee a cross-functional team working across Salesforce, Azure, C#, SQL Server, and AI workloads, driving architecture, design, and delivery while remaining actively engaged in coding, code reviews, and problem-solving. This role offers the opportunity to shape both the technology and leadership capabilities. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Technical Leadership
- Architect and code enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce, Azure Integration Services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus), C#, and SQL Server.
- Set the direction for technical design, patterns, performance, and maintainability across Quote-to-Cash, GTM, Support, and Customer Success domains.
- Drive enterprise-wide efforts such as authentication modernization (SSO: Azure Entra External ID), AI-driven automation, and data integrity initiatives.
- Deep involvement in hands-on development, POCs, and spike solutions when needed.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, develop, and coach team of Developers.
- Lead sprint reviews, code walkthroughs, and architectural sessions.
- Partner with BSAs and Architects to convert abstract requirements into executable technical stories.
- Coordinate with Architects and Security teams to align delivery with best practices in SAST/DAST, secure auth, and audit compliance.
Innovation & Operational Excellence
- Lead design and rollout of AI-infused automation workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement by eliminating technical debt and automating routine support and monitoring processes.
- Own monitoring/telemetry strategy for cloud and on-prem apps using tools like Grafana, App Insights, DataDog etc.
Who you are
- 8–12 years of progressive software development experience, with at least 2+ years in tech/team leadership roles.
- Hands-on in Salesforce (Apex, Flows, DX, CPQ, Experience Cloud) and Azure services.
- Strong experience with C#, SQL Server, and RESTful/async integrations.
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management, including OAuth2, Entra External ID, B2C/B2B patterns.
- Experience working with AI/ML-driven platforms (e.g., OpenAI APIs, Azure Cognitive Services, Salesforce Agentforce) in production pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Git-based branching strategies, DevOps workflows, and CI/CD practices.
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, CPQ Specialist).
- Azure Certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Entra ID certifications).
