Commvault is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Legal Operations to help lead the Trust Team’s operational strategy and strengthen cross-functional alignment. This person will partner closely with executives and business teams to streamline processes, drive compliance, and improve efficiency across the organization.
What you'll do...
- Lead the vision and strategy for legal operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support Trust Team functions, including Security, Facilities, Business Development, Corporate Development, Compliance, IP, Product Governance, and Employment, by aligning legal operations with Trust Team priorities and initiatives.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, HR, and Security to resolve legal and contractual issues and support company-wide initiatives.
- Implement and optimize legal technology (Salesforce, Vanta, LinkSquares) to improve visibility and scale processes.
- Oversee and partner on corporate governance, compliance programs, and risk management.
- Establish metrics and reporting to provide insights and transparency to executive leadership.
- Help build, mentor, and develop a high-performing legal operations team.
Who you are...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, or contracts management, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven success driving cross-functional initiatives with business and legal stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

US Pay Range
$93,500 - $174,800 USD
