Position Overview

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) holds a pivotal role in facilitating Commvault’s ongoing expansion by overseeing a substantial volume of recruitment activities within a dynamic and fast-paced setting. This position requires direct collaboration with multiple business units, with particular emphasis on sourcing, attracting, and securing talent in Engineering and Sales functions. The successful candidate will employ progressive sourcing methodologies, devise strategic staffing plans, and serve as the primary subject matter expert for recruitment within designated client groups

Implement innovative and social networking-based sourcing strategies to identify and nurture pipelines of passive candidates.

Design and execute staffing plans tailored to the business requirements of assigned groups.

Administer full life cycle recruitment processes for roles distributed throughout APAC region, excluding India.

Collaborate with functional leadership to develop and revise staffing forecasts and plans.

Provide expert consultation to hiring managers, acting as the principal recruitment contact for designated areas.

Establish and maintain relationships with employment sources, including colleges, agencies, and trade associations.

Compose compelling job postings that align with organisational values and competency frameworks.

Develop behavioural interviewing protocols and instruct hiring managers on effective and legally compliant interviewing techniques.

Utilise recruitment metrics to drive performance improvements and recognise achievements.

Ensure the accurate maintenance of recruitment records via the internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), mostly Greenhouse and Workday.

Contribute to the development of company-wide recruitment and onboarding tools and procedures.

 

 

 

Position Requirements

 

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline (Recruiter certification is considered advantageous).

Demonstrable experience in direct sourcing and high-volume recruitment, with an emphasis on building candidate pipelines and achieving rapid time-to-fill metrics.

A minimum of three years’ plus experience in full life cycle recruiting, including at least two years dedicated to sourcing and hiring professionals in Engineering and Sales, preferably within a technological context.

Advanced presentation, sales, and behavioural interviewing capabilities.

Proficiency in aligning recruitment strategies with organisational priorities and anticipating staffing requirements.

Expertise in strategic workforce planning, headcount budgeting, diversity hiring, and the utilisation of recruiting technology platforms (e.g., ATS, HRIS)

Exceptional project management, data analysis skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Competence in standard office applications

Outstanding relationship-building and influence skills.
