Field Marketing Manager – India & SAARC

The Opportunity:

The Field Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives across India & SAARC to support pipeline generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role works closely with regional sales leadership, partner marketing, and global marketing teams to develop integrated marketing programs aligned to business priorities.

The Field Marketing Manager will translate strategic marketing objectives into impactful regional campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and account - based marketing programs while ensuring strong coordination with internal stakeholders and partners. The role also ensures performance tracking, operational excellence, and continuous optimization of regional marketing investments.

What you’ll do…

  1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Planning

Behaviours / Indicators:

  • Develops regional marketing plans aligned with sales priorities, revenue targets, and global marketing strategies.
  • Identifies regional market trends, customer segments, and industry opportunities to inform campaign development.
  • Creates integrated marketing calendars combining digital, event, partner, and account-based initiatives.
  1. Sales Alignment & Business Partnership

Behaviours / Indicators:

  • Builds strong relationships with regional sales, pre-sales, channel leaders as well as account teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals.
  • Collaborates with sales teams to prioritize key accounts, verticals, and territories.
  • Ensures marketing programs support pipeline acceleration, deal progression, and customer engagement.
  1. Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

Behaviours / Indicators:

  • Designs and executes integrated demand generation campaigns including digital marketing, events, webinars, roundtables, and ABM programs.
  • Coordinates with global marketing and specialist teams for campaign assets, messaging, and execution support.
  • Ensures programs drive measurable pipeline creation and customer engagement.
  1. Event & Experience Marketing

  • Plans and manages regional marketing events such as executive roundtables, customer workshops, conferences etc..
  • Ensures events deliver strong customer engagement and pipeline opportunities.
  • Works with vendors and internal teams to maintain high-quality brand and event experiences.
  1. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution

  • Collaborates closely with Partner Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Acts as the central coordinator ensuring marketing activities are aligned and executed efficiently across teams.
  • Maintains clear timelines, ownership, and deliverables for marketing programs.
  1. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Behaviours / Indicators:

  • Monitors campaign and program performance using dashboards and reporting frameworks in collaboration with Operations team.
  • Tracks performance metrics including leads, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Interprets insights to identify opportunities for optimization and improve campaign effectiveness.
  1. Budget Management & Operational Excellence

  • Manages regional marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and measurable outcomes.
  • Tracks marketing spend versus pipeline impact and ROI.
  • Ensures compliance with financial guidelines and internal marketing processes.

Technical Competencies

Marketing Technology & Tools

  • CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (e.g PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
  • Marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)
  • Digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Event management and webinar platforms
  • Understanding of campaign operations and marketing attribution models

Who you are?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B technology marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the India & SAARC enterprise technology market.
  • Demonstrated success executing regional marketing campaigns aligned with sales objectives.
  • Experience collaborating with partner marketing and channel teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and effective at managing multiple parallel engagements.
