The Opportunity
Human Resources LDP (HRLDP)
The HR Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program that provides an
accelerated, integrated and well-rounded introduction to human resources, with a special emphasis
on long-term sustainable value creation to the business.

Program Details
The HRLDP curriculum is designed to meet the current and future expectations of Commvault’s
emerging business where people are the center. Through three rotational job assignments,
technical and experiential development assignments and unprecedented exposure to the C-Suite
executive team, participants will be able to work in HR , accelerate their development and make real
and lasting contributions to our company.
The three assignments will be in Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, People Analytics, Employee
Experience, Inclusion & Diversity, Corporate Social Responsibility, Organizational Development
and/or Business Partner (HRBP) function. You will have the opportunity to work around the globe
and learn from senior HR leaders, receive mentorship and sponsorship, make real and lasting
contributions to our business and build a network of peers. This world-class three-year rotational
leadership development program is designed to set you on the path to an accelerated HR leadership
role in Commvault.

First Rotation: Learning & Development (L&D)
In this rotation, the HRLDP will contribute to advancing Commvault’s talent strategy by supporting
the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning solutions that drive individual and organizational
performance.
 
What you will do
Partner with L&D and HR Business Partners to support delivery of learning and talent development
solutions.
Assist in executing onboarding, leadership, and professional development programs.
Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, communications, and participant management.
Support development and enhancement of training materials and learning content.
Utilize the LMS (Docebo) to administer programs, track participation, and maintain learning records.
Collect and analyze feedback to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Support reporting, analytics, and measurement of learning impact and ROI.
Contribute to initiatives in organizational development, change management, and employee
development.
Participate in special projects and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed.
 
Who you are
An MBA HR specialized candidate with internship experience from 6 months to 1 year.
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking
Passion for building a career in Human Resources
