Partner Business Manager, North East Asia (Seoul - South Korea based)

Commvault is the gold standard in cyber resilience. We are seeking a high-performing Partner Business Manager to lead and expand our partner ecosystem across Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

This is a strategic growth role responsible for accelerating partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through distributors, value-added resellers, global systems integrators, and cloud alliances. As the regional partner business leader, you will develop and execute a partner-first go-to-market strategy that drives pipeline creation, market expansion, and predictable revenue growth across North East Asia.

Working closely with sales, marketing, alliances, and technical teams, you will establish Commvault as the preferred cyber resilience partner within the region's leading channel ecosystem while enabling partners to identify, position, and win new opportunities.

Key Objectives:

  • Deliver quarterly and annual partner revenue targets across Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans with distributors, resellers, GSIs, and cloud partners to drive sustainable growth.
  • Increase partner-generated pipeline, improve win rates, and expand Commvault's market presence across North East Asia.
  • Strengthen executive relationships within strategic partner organizations and position Commvault as a trusted and preferred cyber resilience vendor.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives that create measurable business outcomes for both Commvault and its partners.

How you will make an impact:

Drive Growth Through the Ecosystem:

  • Develop and execute a partner-first growth strategy across Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
  • Identify new routes to market and growth opportunities through distributors, resellers, GSIs, and cloud alliances.
  • Build sustainable pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to support regional business objectives.

Build Strategic Partner Relationships

  • Establish trusted relationships with executives, sales leaders, marketing teams, and technical stakeholders within partner organizations.
  • Lead regular business reviews, pipeline inspections, and joint account planning sessions.
  • Create alignment between partner priorities and Commvault's strategic objectives.

Enable Partner Success:

  • Coach and develop partner sales teams to uncover, qualify, and close new opportunities.
  • Deliver partner enablement programs that strengthen product knowledge, sales capability, and competitive positioning.
  • Mobilize internal resources to support strategic opportunities and accelerate deal progression

Accelerate Joint Customer Engagement

  • Partner closely with Commvault sales teams on co-sell opportunities and key customer engagements.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives and marketing programs that create qualified pipeline.
  • Expand Commvault's share of wallet and influence within partner portfolios and customer accounts.

Who you are

  • An experienced channel, alliance, or partner leader with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise software environments.
  • Deeply connected within the North East Asia technology ecosystem, with established relationships across distributors, resellers, alliances, and strategic partners.
  • Skilled at influencing executives and building long-term business partnerships that deliver mutual value.
  • Commercially driven, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Experienced in developing and executing business plans, managing forecasts, and driving measurable outcomes through indirect sales motions.
  • Knowledgeable in cyber security, data protection, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
  • Fluent in Korean and English. Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
  • Willing to travel across Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong as required
