Job Summary

ComparaJá.pt is looking for a highly analytical Product Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to contribute to the growth of our fintech platform. This is an exciting, high-impact opportunity focused directly on analyzing website functionality, improving user experience, and achieving strategic business outcomes. You will be crucial for the platform's strategy and optimization, ensuring the product is driving leverage for the business by interpreting data, and guiding leadership decisions based on extracted insights.


Key Responsibilities 🧠

  • Support the product strategy, meet with stakeholders, gather requirements from teams, and manage the backlog, including writing user stories.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to facilitate platform updates implementation.

  • Analyze conversion reports and interpret data to understand the problem and optimize the product/UX.

  • Ensure the website (our final customer) is functional and understand how the product is leveraging the business.

  • Suggest and execute enhancements to optimize platform functionality, including using the Storyblok tool.

  • Assist in maintaining clear documentation and deliver data-driven insights to management.

  • Stay informed about market trends.


Qualifications 💡

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in an online business.

  • Highly analytical profile with the ability to work with SQL for performance data analysis.

  • Ability to define and manage product roadmaps (OKRs).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to clearly structure information to define requirements.

  • Experience in building, analyzing, and interpreting conversion reports.

  • Experience designing and running A/B tests and familiarity with manual testing concepts.

  • Practical experience with Scrum methodology.

  • Solid knowledge of Excel and SQL.

  • Familiarity with the following platforms is a plus: Notion, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Cloud BigQuery, Zapier, and Storyblok.

  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English.

  • Preferably based in Lisbon or surrounding areas (hybrid work model).
