About the Job
As a Comparison Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients make informed decisions by providing objective comparisons of various products or services. Whether in the realm of finance, insurance, consumer goods, or other industries, your expertise will guide individuals or businesses through complex options to identify the best fit for their needs.
The Comparison Advisor II will be responsible for:
- Assist customers by providing assistance through comparison services for optimized insurance product choices
- Deliver complete customer satisfaction through high standards of interaction and service delivery
- Educate customers by walking them through the qualifying criteria in order to assess suitability of the product
- Verifying customer details through phone interaction and ensuring that all needed data files are kept updated
- Provide business value through consistent delivery on sales targets and by maximizing opportunities of repeat business
- Display initiative for general business improvement by providing candid, objective, and respectfully feedback to peers, managers and organizational leaders
- KPIS - standard performance targets for call centers such as but not limited to sales targets, referral generation, productivity per advisor, schedule adherence etc.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- At least 6 months experience in outbound accounts
- Experience in a similar roles for outbound telesales accounts
- Professional communication skills and customer service driven salesmanship
- Ability to communicate service or product terms at different levels of understanding for a varied audience
- A problem solver and a results driven work ethic
- Driven by an innovative and continuous learning perspective
