About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support business performance reviews and decision-making through data processing and analysis. 

The role will be responsible for:

  • Consolidate data from various sources, review and curate into comprehensive reports, presentations and dashboards containing meaningful metrics and insights for business functions.
  • Take hands-on management of data processing and conversion tracking. Integrate systems and data effectively and efficiently, working across teams as necessary.
  • Ensure the accuracy of business data and evaluate the reasonableness of external data.
  • Maintain reporting and analysis of key performance indicators and operating metrics, along with monthly, quarterly and annual forecast plans.
  • Deliver data support by accessing and working with large data from multiple sources, and partnering it with the business to identify opportunities and deliver results.

 

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Advanced spreadsheet skill(formulas) and familiarity with data modeling (e.g. revenue forecast and campaign projections). 
  • Written and oral fluency in both English and Traditional Chinese ability.
  • Experience in business reporting (e.g. marketing & sales), conducting data analysis, building self-service reporting and analytical tools, and delivering business insights in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement methods with proficiency in using marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Campaign Manager.
  • Strong logical reasoning skills and attention to detail.
  • Root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Good to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in an emphasis on statistical and analytical skills - prior e-Commerce or Fintech experience is a plus.
  • Experience with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Analytics, etc.)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, R, etc.) for data gathering, data cleansing and statistical analysis is a plus.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
