About the Job

As the Assistant Manager/Manager, Product Marketing, you will be responsible for drive marketing campaigns for acquisition goals, offering you with growth opportunities and contributing to organizational success through innovative strategies.

The Assistant Manager/Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute multiple campaigns at any one time to achieve the acquisition targets.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution on stock account campaigns in Singapore and Hong Kong
  • Work with various teams and transform commercial needs into marketing materials, working closely with the broader marketing team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered timely and accurately, while fulfilling the planned target KPI.
  • Provide post-campaign reports and analysis that identify insights, learnings, and future recommendations.
  • Develop campaign brief, advertising and copy, ensuring user insights, past learnings and best practice are applied.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience, ideally campaign management and digital media planning experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
  • Understanding of web analytics tools, social media marketing applications and digital display marketing platforms 
  • Creative mindset and understanding of consumer journey in financial product application 
  • Experience in stock account management and investment products is a must 

Good to have:

  • The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment, as a proactive team player with innovative ideas
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client servicing experience in previous experiences

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
