The Manager, Marketing Campaigns and Lead Generation will be responsible for:
This is a regional role, covering Hong Kong, Singapore and Philippines. In this role, you are responsible for developing and executing lead generation and marketing campaigns and initiatives to support customer acquisition and maximise the customer lifetime value.. Key to success in this role will be in the ability to collaborate with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders and navigate things in a fast-paced start-up environment.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
Campaign Management -
- Lead all marketing advertising efforts, from upper to lower marketing funnel, including working with content team to develop organic content, designing performance marketing campaigns and nurturing existing customers through lifecycle marketing. Teams including reviewing proposals plus negotiating with local publishers and media providers
- Develop and execute multiple campaigns upon receiving brief from commercial team, then bring them to life across all touchpoints across organic, paid media and affiliate channels to achieve the best marketing and commercial results,Work closely with marketing, commercial and product teams, both locally and regionally.
- Brief & collaborate with content and creative teams (both, in-house and external) for creative and copy development of advertising and copy, ensuring learnings and best practices are applied.
- Manage direct marketing budget and all acquisition channels for your product vertical(s), optimizing continously to ensure they run cost efficiently and effectively
- Provide post campaign reports and analysis that identify insights, learnings and future recommendations.
- Manage the campaigns and timelines end-to-end and provide regular reporting on sales, budget spend and ROI.
- Maintain a pulse on the general and life insurance industry and customer acquisition trends to ensure our marketing initiatives are relevant.
Lead Generation -
- Crafting and refining an overarching lead generation strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and market trends, driving sustained growth in qualified leads.
- Ideating and executing lead-generation plans with a keen focus on efficiency, delivering substantial volumes of qualified leads in a cost-effective manner.
- Spearheading the seamless execution of lead generation campaigns, ensuring a flawless user journey and optimize returns and maximize the acquisition of qualified leads.
- Formulating and fine-tuning projections to guarantee a robust distribution of Gross Profit, strategically enhancing campaign outcomes.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in business or marketing.
- 5-7 years of digital marketing experience, including performance marketing and campaign management preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing ecosystems such as Meta (FB/IG), Google Ads, TikTok, etc. web analytics tools (Google Analytics), social media marketing applications (MetaFacebook) and digital display marketing platforms (Google Ads)
- Preferably with experience in insurance, fintech, insuretech, start-up and digital sales and customer acquisition
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns across multiple markets to deliver marketing and commercial markets in a fast-paced and constantly evolving start-up environment.
- Exceptional cross-functional and project management skills and proven ability to deliver on time and on budget.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
- Proven track record of running successful lead gen and customer acquisition campaigns to drive conversion and optimising towards campaign KPIs
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A relentless sense of responsibility and ownership in problem-solving
- Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties
