About the Role


We're seeking a highly motivated and independent Fulfillment Executive to join our team remotely from Malaysia. You'll play a vital role in supporting our Hong Kong operations, ensuring the smooth execution of our rewards fulfillment operations. Your ability to read and write Hong Kong Cantonese will be essential for seamless communication and collaboration with our Hong Kong team. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Maintain and optimize daily operational processes related to rewards fulfillment programs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, track movements, and ensure adequate stock to meet demand.
  • Database Administration: Manage and maintain databases utilized by both the operations and customer service teams, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Promotion & Procurement Tracking: Meticulously document and track current and past promotions, as well as all rewards procurements, disbursements, and expenses for accounting purposes.
  • Customer Service Support: Assist the Customer Service team with investigations and escalations, providing necessary information and support.
  • KPI Achievement: Contribute to team KPIs, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for internal teams, providing insights and updates on operations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of rewards.
  • Additional Support: Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business administration, operations, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Hong Kong Cantonese is a must, along with strong English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with database management experience a plus.
  • Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently and remotely, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
  • Hustle Mentality: Embraces a startup culture and thrives in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and ownership of tasks.
  • Organizational Prowess: Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, including decision-making, time management, and prioritization.

Who may have access to personal data?

Your information will be shared internally within the Group for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes with members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy, internal and external auditors and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by MoneyHero Group to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on MoneyHero Group’s behalf.

MoneyHero Group may share your personal data with third parties in order to, obtain pre-employment references from other employers, obtain employment background checks from third party providers and to obtain necessary criminal record checks.

How long do we hold your personal data?

Your personal data will be retained by the Group for so long as the Group determines it is reasonably necessary to evaluate your application for employment. If your application for employment is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment in accordance with the contract of employment and our internal privacy policy.

What if you do not supply your personal data?

You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to the us during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your application properly or at all.
