About the Job
The Senior People Partner will be a key player in supporting business growth and championing the company values through business partnering practices and delivery of People initiatives.
The Senior People Partner will be responsible for:
- Meeting with assigned Group Leads regularly and providing HR guidance when appropriate
- Provide coaching, guidance and support to Management across a range of ER issues, managing any complex cases to mitigate risk to the business
- Work with the assigned Group Leaders to define a highly business-focused People strategy, translating the outputs into operational actions
- Work closely with assigned Group Leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Ensure People policies, processes and procedures are implemented to the required standard across the business
- Drive the performance cycles, compensation and benefits review processes
- Work with the wider People and Talent function, sharing best practice and supporting People and Talent initiatives
- Analyze People trends and metrics and make data informed decisions
- Consistently deliver an accurate and timely response to transactional activity and business issues
- Drive employee engagement including championing People Initiatives
- Foster a company culture of open, transparent communications, and high standards of behaviour and ethical conduct throughout the organization
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
- A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, with exposure to and demonstrated competence in at least any of the People Pillars: Compensation & Benefits, Learning & development, Employee Relations, HR Transformation etc.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and HR best practices in HongKong and Taiwan markets
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment with high degree of autonomy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
